Hu, MD, MPH, Professor of Urology, Director of the LeFrak Center for Robotic Surgery, Chair of Quality and Patient Safety, and Vice-Chair of Clinical Research at Weill Cornell Medicine/ NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital has been awarded a five-year R01 grant to research a new form of robotic assisted radical prostatectomy where the overlying pelvic fascia is spared vs. the traditional approach.
